Hello! I have a Master’s of Arts in Counseling Services from Rider University, specializing in both school and clinical and mental health counseling. I have worked with various populations from early childhood through late adulthood. I have experience in inpatient, in home and outpatient clinical counseling, along with being an elementary school counselor for the past 6 years.

I believe there is always a reason for our behavioral responses. Throughout the counseling journey, we find connections and underlying themes to uncover the root of our thoughts, habits and reactions. When working with me, you are in control of that journey. I value person centered approaches, along with pulling from various modalities based on my client’s needs; such as, CBT, DBT, solution focused and behavioral modification strategies. I specialize in treating children, adolescents and adults with anxiety, depression, ADHD, stress/time management, self-esteem and coping with life transitions. I am also well versed in the Zones of Regulation and Nurtured Heart Approach and love working with families/parents dealing with parental stressors and challenging behaviors within the home.

I am a Mom/Bonus Mom of two (soon to be three) girls! My family and I are originally from New Jersey, but happy we landed here in the low country last summer! I look forward to working with you!
